How to order
 
Once you´re done shopping, checking out is easy.
1. You can view the items you have added to your basket by clicking "Ändra" button at the top of any page. Once you are viewing the contents of your cart, you may adjust quantities in your cart by changing the number to the left of items, and then by clicking "Update" or "Remove" if you wish to remove any item.
2 Once you are ready to proceed click on the "Kassa" button on the top.
3. Fill in the required fields, choose your method of payment (Credit card or förskottsbetalning).
 
How to pay
 
Payment can be made by Master Card or Visa. Prices shown on the site are in EUR and are inclusive of VAT.  You can also pay in pounds sterling (GBP) and us dollar (USD)
 
Delivery
 
You will receive notification of dispatch usually within 1-5 working days of your order being proceed.

Returns Policy

Items purchased at josefinadesign.com, can be returned unworn within 14 days of Receipt, for a full refund. 

Special Orders, Custom Made Items are NON-REFUNDABLE. Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations. 

Email our customer service on: beatrice@josefinadesign.com detailing your Auth.No. and the item you wish to return and we will issue you with a Returns Number and return postal details.

Unidentified returns will NOT be accepted and will be returned to the sender.We request that all goods are returned within 5 days of the date of your request.

We will then be happy to make a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.

For Europe and Worldwide orders, please return by UPS/FEDEX/DHL or Express Registered mail. We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods unless sent as stated. The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded. Please inform us of all breakages within 48hours of receiving the order.For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
